NFA TRANSFER FEE

⚠️ Please note: This fee reserves and processes your NFA transfer — it does not mean your item is ready for pickup. Federal law requires ATF approval of your Form 4 before any suppressor or NFA item can be physically transferred to you. Current ATF processing times can range from 24 hours to several weeks and are outside our control. We’ll contact you as soon as your approval comes through and your transfer is ready.

Note on recent NFA developments: You may have seen news about a federal court ruling affecting NFA registration requirements for certain covered purchasers. Until the ATF issues official guidance clarifying how this applies nationwide, JK Munitions LLC is continuing to process all NFA items — including suppressors — through the standard Form 4 transfer process. This means fingerprints, background check, and ATF approval are still required before transfer. We will update this policy as soon as clear federal direction is provided.
